The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains accurate inventory records, enabling smooth operations and excellent customer service. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
As an Inventory Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise, ensuring that all items are accurately accounted for and properly stored. You will regularly conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records in our inventory management system. Your role will also involve assisting with the preparation of inventory reports, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to management to optimize inventory levels and reduce shrinkage.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be comfortable using inventory management software and possess basic computer skills. Previous experience in inventory management or retail stock handling is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

This role requires physical stamina, as you will frequently lift, move, and organize merchandise, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds. You must be able to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods during your shift. Flexibility in scheduling is also important, as inventory counts and merchandise deliveries may occasionally occur outside of regular store hours.
We value individuals who demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic. As an Inventory Associate, you will have opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization, as we believe in promoting from within and recognizing the contributions of our dedicated team members.
If you are passionate about retail, enjoy working with numbers and data, and thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
